Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and I will gladly reschedule.
There will be a 100% service fee for no-shows and 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
No shows will require pre-payment for any future appointments.
*In the event that a 24 hour cancellation fee is required, I will call you and request payment. Once the fee has been paid, I will happily reschedule your service.
APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT:
All NEW guest booking a color service will be charged a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the service total at checkout.
LATE POLICY:
If your are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact me so we can plan accordingly. I will respectfully do the same.
